MERCYLUXE was created from a firsthand understanding of nursing—the long
shifts, constant movement, emotional demands, and responsibility that come
with caring for others. We believe nurses deserve more than ordinary
workwear. They deserve pieces that perform beautifully, feel comfortable,
and help them enter every shift feeling confident, polished, and prepared.
Our Story
As nurses, we understand what workwear must endure. We know the
frustration of scrubs that restrict movement, pants that are not long
enough, pockets that are not functional, and accessories that do not
support the realities of a demanding shift.
MERCYLUXE was created to close that gap. Every detail is considered
through the eyes of nurses—from flattering silhouettes, functional
pockets, and performance fabrics to inclusive sizing, satin-lined scrub
caps, supportive compression socks, and versatile work totes.
This is not workwear designed from a distance. It is thoughtfully
designed by nurses who understand the shift.
Our Philosophy: Enclothed Cognition
Social psychology uses the term enclothed cognition to
describe how the clothing we wear may influence our thoughts, feelings,
and behaviors through both its symbolic meaning and the physical
experience of wearing it.
At MERCYLUXE, this concept is central to our design philosophy. What a
nurse wears is more than a uniform—it can become part of how they see
themselves and how they carry themselves throughout the shift.
While clothing alone does not determine performance, thoughtfully
designed workwear can support a sense of confidence, professional
identity, comfort, and readiness. When nurses feel polished, comfortable,
